Sage & Stone Wellness and Massage is proudly female owned and operated by Licensed Massage Therapist Debby Hamel.

Built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and a genuine passion for healing, Sage & Stone was created to provide personalized care that helps every client restore balance, reduce stress, and feel their very best.

​

After experiencing a life changing divorce, Debby made the courageous decision to pursue her lifelong passion for massage therapy. As a full time mother and full time student, she dedicated herself to building a new future through education, determination, and hard work. A self proclaimed anatomy enthusiast, she graduated at the top of her class from The Atlanta School of Massage, passed the MBLEX, and earned massage licenses in both Georgia and Massachusetts.

With more than a decade of experience, Debby has built an extensive background in therapeutic and holistic bodywork. She is certified in Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Oncology Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Geriatric Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports Massage. Her expertise also includes Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Thai Stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Gua Sha, Body Treatments, and Sound Bowl Therapy. She is currently continuing her education in Usui Reiki and holds a Level I attunement.

Before opening Sage & Stone, Debby served as Director of Education and Training for Woodhouse Day Spa in Dunwoody Georgia and Denver Colorado, as well as Lead Massage Therapist for both locations. She was also a Corporate Trainer for Woodhouse Day Spas, where she onboarded new massage therapists across the country for all Woodhouse new spa openings, and upheld exceptional standards of client care. Her journey ultimately brought her to beautiful Littleton, Colorado, where she fulfilled her dream of opening Sage & Stone Wellness and Massage.

When she's not in the treatment room, you'll likely find Debby tending to her garden, spending time with her four dogs, relaxing with a good book in her hammock, exploring Downtown Littleton with her partner, or discovering a new favorite winery.
